Laura grew up in Allview Estates,right in the heart of Howard County. She is a product of Maryland’s higher education system,graduating from Atholton High School and obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
After founding and eventually selling a web software and services company serving many of the nation’s marquee nonprofit organizations,Laura set her sights on Real Estate.

This area has always been home for me. My dad,Robert H. Kittleman,worked tirelessly to make this state he loved even better. When we were kids,his involvement in the civil rights movement really inspired me and showed me firsthand about passion and commitment to others.
My father had a passion for public life and wanted to give back to the community. After knocking on thousands of doors,he was elected to the House of Delegates and then to the Maryland Senate. I’m so happy to have lived in this great state my entire life,and I share his love of Maryland.

Tom graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in economics. He worked at the FDIC for over 7 years as a financial analyst during the aftermath of the savings &loan crisis.
In 1995,Tom co-founded a web-based software development company with Laura. They grew the company for eight years,eventually selling to a publicly traded company in 2003.
Tom’s background in economics and financial analysis,as well as his entrepreneurial experience,is a natural fit in the world of real estate. He works exclusively with buyers,and is proud of his reputation for excellent service.

Jim Brown

Jim graduated from Salem College in West Virginia with a BS degree in marketing. He has lived in the upper Montgomery County area for the last 22 years. He worked for Smith Litho,a large commercial printing company in Rockville,for 27 years where he created and closed over $300 million dollars in sales. Jim lives in Poolesville,is married to his wife,Gabi,and between them they have six children—five of whom have attended the schools in the Poolesville school district.
“I’ve bought and sold real estate my whole adult life,” says Jim,“and transitioning from selling printing to working in real estate seems to be a natural fit for me. Working in real estate is really about working with people,and if you know me,you know that’s my passion.”
